| Establishing a Video conference |
To establish a VC is enough to do the following:
To dial username and password in reserved area (home page). You have to register yourself to receive the username and password.
To select MEETING key, by this operation You will have a report of already done meetings.
To select NEW key.
To insert all necessary data mentioned in ESTABLISH MEETING area.
To call a participant typing the name, surname, e-mail in CALL PARTECIPANTS area.
To select INSERT key. Participant data will be visualized in below box. By repeating this operation you can call up to 5 participants.
To select SAVE key to save VC and called participants data. This operation allows to visualize all inserted data. |

| Changing parameters of already established Video conference |
Master can change data of already established Video conference, at anytime.
He must:
Dial own username and password in reserved area (home page).
Select Meeting key.
In MODIFY column , Select icon regarding the meeting for which changing parameters is needed.
Now, it is possible:
To change meeting parameters
To select meeting title, cancel it and dial the new ones, by the mouse.
To dial new values for date and time of starting meeting.
To cancel a participant already called
In CANCEL USER column, select X red regarding the name of participant you want to cancel. After a confirmation request, the participant will be automatically cancelled from the list.
To add a new Participant
Type the name, surname, e-mail address in NEW PARTECIPANT area.
Select the INSERT key. |

| To change the Master data |
Master can change and correct data put in registration step.
To do this operation he must:
Type own username and password in reserved area in Home Page.
In User data area, select MODIFY.
By the mouse, select data for which a changing o correction is needed, cancel them and type the new ones.
Select SAVE and then CLOSE to came back to saved data.
To recharge a credit |

Only the master can buy the recharges to establish the Video conference, i.e. registered user having personal code.
He can buy new traffic packets at anytime, he must log in administration panel , select RCHARGE key: he must fill up a form and chose the term of payment (credit card or bank transfer).
IF during a Video conference, Master finds his credit is finishing, he can select RECHARGE key, placed in Video conferencearea and chose the terms of payment he prefers: credit card or bank transfer.
If he chooses Credit card the Video conference will be temporarily interrupted and all participants will be in Attendants Room up to the transaction will be finished. If he chooses bank transfer the Video conference will continue up to the credit is finished and the Master can call new Video conference only after credit recharge.

| What does it happen if... |
| A participant does not appear anymore, during the Video conference |
A participant does not appear anymore, during the Video conference.
The Master plays the participants access to Video conference. Participants can communicate only if authorized.
If a participant does not appear anymore, during the Video conference:
He can be disconnected or rejected by the Master in this case he cannot be present without a direct intervention from Master.
His Internet connection can be interrupted. In this case the Participant will try to re-connect to Video conference through the address received by e-mail.
The participants will be in Attendants Room if the Master decides the end of meeting, to close the page or the connection, for any reason. |

| Master disconnects from Video conference |
| If disconnection does not depend on his decision, but on line problem, the VC is on hold for few minutes up to Master restarts his connection again. In the meantime participants are in Attendant Room and connected to VC area only when Mater will be connected once again. During this phase the master credit will not be changed.
If the Master decides to interrupt the VC, all participant will be in Attendant Room where thy can exchange short messages. |

| Master finishes his credit |
| If during a VC credit finishes, the Master can easily make the recharge online, using the RECHARGE key in control panel. |

| If Master changes his e-mail address |
| To modify the entered e-mail address, Master has to enter in control panel and after having chosen USERS DATA, he has to click on MODIFY: he must cancel the old address and dial the new ones, then dial SAVE. |

| A partecipant does not receive the e-mail call |
A partecipant does not receive the e-mail call because:
- he gave a wrong address
- he changed the address
- he found connexion problem during the receipt
Only the Master can save the above mentioned problems, using the control panel. He must log in MEETING section, select participant name, modify the e-mail ddress and RE-SEND IT
Only after this procedure, participant will receive a new call.
