Mediatech Video Meeting is a system that allows the video communication
up to 6 user, at the same time.
Video conference creation
Mediatech Video Meeting allows to the master, the owner of the packet, to invite a max of 5 partecipants to a Video Conference simultaneously. It is enough to set-up all parameters, like session name, date and hour of transmission and the Video Conference can starts. Data can be changed at anytime.
To invite the partecipants, the Master has to forward their name and e-mail address in the appropriate field.
Mediatech Video Meeting automatically send the invitation via e-mail, giving them the web access to Mediatech Servers, password and all useful information.

Waiting Room
The Master can verify, after loggin in with username and password, in the day and hour established if all partecipants are conected; if only some of partecipants are connected they can exchange written messaged whie waiting. It is important to stress out that only the Master can make the Video Conference start or end.

The Video Conference
Once videoconference has started, it is possible to exchange any kind of document and to draw sketches with mouse or a graphic tablet, through clear video images and a fluid audio.

Master monitoring
During each Video Conference Master can monitor time and traffic already brught, usng his exclusive panel, he can also visualizes total credit and if it is finishing, he can recharge it in real time. He can stop a partecipant connection or exchange private messages using e-mails.
